Pre-Milled Abutments are one of the best ways for your lab to increase profitability and improve both quality and turnaround times.
At Digital Dental we sell two systems of Pre-Milled Abutments. We offer both the Biodenta and Preat systems that have been validated on our mills.
The Preat system has FDA 510k Clearance for the PnP workflow. PnP means that you can mill the Preat Straight and Angled Screw Channel Blanks on our DM 4 and Titan Mills without having to register with the FDA. All you are required to do is to follow the Preat Instructions for Use: Download
An additional feature of the Preat system is that for both 3Shape and ExoCad you can accept or make scans with many different scan bodies and still design your abutments.
