5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times and costs vary based on destination and product type. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Digital Dental is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Custom dental restorations and milled products made to your specifications may not be eligible for return. When submitting case files through our website, you are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all submitted information and digital files. Digital Dental is not liable for restorations produced from inaccurate or incomplete case data.
